There is no one-size-fits-all price because every event is different. Your budget helps us determine what level of equipment and production makes the most sense for your event.
A smaller budget may mean a simpler audio or lighting setup, while a larger budget allows us to use higher-end equipment, add more coverage, bring in additional lighting or staging, and include on-site engineers to really dial it in. Smaller productions may start around $500–$1,000, while larger events can range from several thousand dollars to $20,000+.
The best thing you can do is tell us what you are comfortable spending. We will build the strongest production we can within that range and let you know where additional upgrades would make the biggest difference.
Absolutely. Your budget helps us determine what level of equipment and production makes the most sense for your event. Yes. Our team handles all delivery, setup, testing, and teardown so everything is ready before your event begins. For larger productions, we also provide engineers to stay on-site throughout the event and work the equipment.
We are based in Kansas City, but our events take place across Kansas, Missouri, and well beyond Kansas City. From around Kansas City to productions several hours away, our team is equipped to travel wherever you need us.

I can't say enough good things about KC Event Audio. First, I called with what I would consider very short notice and they were able to accommodate my needs. Then the night before the event, I asked for some additional equipment and they did not miss a beat (excuse the pun). Their equipment is top notch, well organized and easy to use with the instructions they provide. They were easy to contact and I have never been treated in a more courteous and accommodating manner.
