We provide professional audio, lighting, staging, and event production equipment for weddings, corporate events, private events, live music, and larger productions. This can include speakers, subwoofers, wireless microphones, soundboards, uplighting, stage lighting, dance floor lighting, staging, screens, podiums, and more.
We also offer delivery, setup, soundcheck, teardown, and on-site technical support when needed, so you are not just renting equipment. You are getting a team that helps make sure everything works the way it should.
Yes. We offer delivery, setup, and pickup for events throughout the Kansas City area. Our team can bring the equipment to your venue, set everything up, test it before the event, and return after the event for teardown and pickup.
For most events, we recommend having our team handle setup so we can make sure the audio, lighting, and equipment are placed correctly and working properly before guests arrive.
Yes. We offer professional setup services for the equipment we provide. Our team can deliver the gear, place everything where it needs to go, connect the system, test the audio and lighting, and make sure everything is ready before your event begins.
For many events, setup is one of the most important parts of the process. Proper speaker placement, microphone testing, lighting placement, and soundcheck can make a big difference in how the event looks and sounds.
Our cancellation policy is based on how close the cancellation is to your event date.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the event will receive a store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used toward a future event within 12 months.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date, equipment, and any scheduled labor or production support.
For events booked more than 6 months in advance, we require 50% upfront to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Once your event is booked, your equipment and team are reserved specifically for your date.
The client is responsible for any equipment that is damaged, lost, stolen, or missing while it is in their possession or being used for their event.
If something is damaged or missing after the event, we will review the situation and provide the cost for repair or replacement. Our team will always walk through the equipment, setup, and any important handling instructions before the event to help avoid issues.
Yes. We provide the necessary power cables, extension cords, and basic cable management for the equipment we are providing.
For larger events, outdoor events, or events with higher power needs, we may need to confirm available power at the venue ahead of time. If generator power or additional electrical support is needed, we can help discuss those requirements during the planning process.
We serve Kansas City and the surrounding metro area, including both Missouri and Kansas.
We regularly support events at venues, private properties, corporate spaces, country clubs, churches, schools, and outdoor event locations throughout the area. If your event is outside the immediate Kansas City metro, just send us the location and we can let you know if travel is available.
