Pricing depends on the amount of lighting needed, the size of the space, setup requirements, and whether an on-site lighting engineer is needed. Smaller lighting setups may be around $400–$1,500, while larger systems with uplighting, moving lights, stage lighting, trussing, and on-site operation can range from $1,500 to $10,000+.
Rather than forcing you into a preset package, we'll build the lighting setup around what your event actually needs.
Absolutely. Our team handles all delivery, professional setup, testing, and teardown of our lighting systems. Because we exclusively use high-end, professional-grade equipment, we do not offer customer pickup or drop-off. This allows us to make sure every system is transported, set up, and operated properly.
We don't simply drop off a pile of equipment and expect you to figure it out. :) Everything is placed, connected, tested, and configured for your specific event before we're finished with setup.
