Pricing completely depends on the event. A smaller setup with a couple of speakers and microphone may start around $400 and go up to around $1,000, while more advanced systems with additional/more powerful speakers, large subwoofers, wireless microphones, and on-site engineering can range from $1,000 to $15,000+.
Rather than forcing every event into a predetermined package, we build the system around what your event actually needs to sound its best. That means you’re not paying for equipment you don’t need, and you’re also not getting an undersized system just to fit into a package.
If you send us your date, venue, estimated attendance, and a description of the event, we’ll take the guesswork out of it. For larger or more unique spaces, we may also recommend a complimentary venue walkthrough so we can design everything properly.
Yes. Our team handles all delivery, professional setup, testing, and teardown of our audio systems. Because we exclusively use high-end, professional-grade equipment, we do not offer customer pickup or drop-off. This allows us to make sure every system is transported, set up, and operated properly.
We don't simply drop off a pile of equipment and expect you to figure it out. :) Everything is placed, connected, tested, and configured for your specific event before we're finished with setup.
We use professional-grade equipment from brands trusted throughout the live event industry, including professional-grade JBL sound systems and SHURE professional wireless microphones.
More importantly, we match the equipment to the event. The most expensive speaker in the wrong location is still the wrong system. Proper system design, placement, tuning, and operation are just as important as the name printed on the equipment.
